# Buat Surat

Untuk membuat sura baru, anda bisa klik tombol ***`Buat Surat`*** diatas menu inbox. setelah di klik akan muncul form untuk membuat surat.

### Keterangan field inputan

**Tanggal Surat :** tanggal dari surat yang akan dibuat

**Tujuan :** merupakan pengurus yang dituju untuk persuratan tersebut.

**Penyetuju :** merupakan penyetuju dari surat yang akan dibuat sebelum terkirim ke tujuan surat. **penyetuju :** merupakan optional, jika tidak perlu penyetuju maka surat akan langsung terkirim ke tujuan.

**Perihal :** merupakan perihal atau tujuan surat dibuat

**Jenis Surat :** merupakan jenis surat yang akan dikirim

**Sifat Surat :** merupakan sifat surat yang akan dikirim

**Isi Surat :** merupakan isi surat yang akan dikirim

Jangan lupa untuk masukkan **password** aplikasi anda sebelum mengirim surat sebagai **authentikasi** bahwa anda yang mengirim surat.

Setelah semua terisi, klik tombol ***`Simpan Draft`*** (untuk diedit nanti) atau ***`Submit Surat`*** (untuk mengirim surat).
